If the patient keeps the given instructions for maintaining proper oral hygiene (Brushing the teeth twice daily etc.)
Guarantee is Reduced or Invalidated:
If the damage is due to grinding teeth at night, bruxism, clenching of teeth and a mouthguard is not used when instructed or given by the dentist.
If the damage is caused by improper use (for example dropping the denture, etc.)
If there is a general illness occurring that has negative effects on the dental condition (for example diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, condition after x-rays or chemotherapy, taking of some medicines or metabolic diseases)
In case of complaints caused by illnesses kept hidden during treatments.
If a substantial gain or loss of weight occurs that affects the dental problem.
In the event of accidental damage, loosing or breaking teeth or for example dropping the denture.
If the gum tissue or bone recedes.
In case of the natural erosion of teeth.
If the discolouration of teeth is caused by smoking or by consuming or applying any other chemical substances.
